Yes, we certainly do have public liability insurance. You should never hire any equipment from anyone who doesn't!

Kiddy Castles only provide bouncy castles and soft play to children under the age of 12 years. We do have a selection of fun garden games for older children and adults 

Yes, you can use indoors.

If you have comfortable space to accommodate the units, then you can use them indoors. Our Small & Medium sized units can easily fit indoors. We have specially designed low height castles for low height venues. 

Unfortunately Kiddy Castles only provide bouncy castles and soft play to children under the age of 12 years 

Adults are only allowed on to the units to assist the children if necessary.

We do have a selection of fun garden games for older children and adults 

 All our bouncy castles are waterproof and some have rain/sun covers. They are water resistant.

(We ask if you refrain from using water guns, hose pipes, etc as this could pose a slip hazard, as well as becoming difficult to clean and pack away for our team.)

OUTSIDE: A flat grassy surface is best. The area should be free from sharp materials, stones. Unfortunately we cannot set up on council or communal ground, unless written permission is provided.

INSIDE: any surface is fine indoors - we always use a clean ground sheet under the units.

We supply all the equipment for the inflatable all you need to do is provide us with a mains power socket within 50 metres of the inflatable.

 You can book at anytime however it is best to book as early as possible as our delivery and collection time slots get filled up very quickly. Alternatively you can contact us on the day to see if we have any availabilty

The hire period is for up to 7 hours between 0800 and 1900, although times can be arranged to suit. (A later pick up is available at an additional cost. Overnight charge is available but must be in a secure area).

Cancellations by Kiddy Castles on the day due to adverse weather conditions

The deposit (if applicable) will be refunded or transferred to alternative date if required/available.

Cancellations by the hirer

A Cancellation fee of 25% of the final balance will be charge for large order's over the value of £250 unless 28 days notice are given.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the final balance will be chargeable for all cancellations within 7 days notice up to 24 hours before hire date.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the final balance will be chargeable for all other cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours notice from hire date.

All cancellations on the day during delivery will be charged at 100% of the final balance. (If cancelled by us due to bad weather no fee is payable).

Unfortunately the inflatables cannot be operated in the rain-if the forecast is for heavy rain, or rain all day we may have to cancel.

If it is just showers, you can switch the blower machine off then back on and wipe it dry. (The units dry through very quickly due to the forced air blowing through them).

If it is a slight slope this may be possible, but please contact us prior to booking.

The inflatable take approximately 15 mins to set up and approximately 20 mins to put away. However this is only an estimate and depend on which inflatable it is.

Space requirements are shown next to the required inflatable on our website. Please make sure there are no low overhanging trees, phone/electric lines overhead and that all garden items such as garden toys and patio furniture are removed from the area and that all rubbish, dog waste etc have been cleared up.

Yes there is a height limit on every inflatable. The maximum height is shown with the booking information.
